The first picture is from a manga caelld Kuso Kakaku manga, which pretends to be scientific but actually the author himself failed to finish college.This page is about a supposedly genius from a famous university who saw female villains that are designed to lure men with potential to be villains.  This particular part was in the thought of the genius calculating the neccesary distance and angle of peeping under the skirt(s) of females with such short skirts.It is not scientific but rather only simple geometric oriented calculations.
